Our services may include:

• visa and residency assistance
• investor, employment, family and domestic worker visa support
• Golden Visa assistance
• corporate tax registration and filing support
• company liquidation and trade licence cancellation
• government and administrative support services
• other related business services

The exact scope of any service will be confirmed separately before work begins.

We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and current. However, UAE laws, regulations, authority procedures, government fees, free zone requirements, immigration rules and tax requirements may change.

Many Wise Cat services also depend on approvals from government authorities, free zones, banks or other third parties.

Any processing time provided by Wise Cat is an estimate based on the information available at the time.

Processing may be affected by:

• government authority timelines
• free zone procedures
• additional document requests
• public holidays
• applicant circumstances
• regulatory changes
• government-system delays
• third-party service providers

Wise Cat does not control the systems, policies, decisions or processing times of government authorities or third parties.

Where required to provide a service, Wise Cat may interact with organisations including UAE licensing authorities, free zones, GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, the Federal Tax Authority, medical centres, insurance providers, banks and other relevant service providers.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information.

You must:

• provide valid and current documents
• ensure information supplied to Wise Cat is correct
• respond to requests for information or documents within a reasonable time
• notify us if relevant circumstances change
• review documents before approving submission
• comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations
• pay agreed service, government and third-party fees

Wise Cat may pause, refuse or terminate a service if information provided is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, inconsistent or potentially unlawful.

A quotation or invoice may include different types of charges, including:

• Wise Cat professional fees
• government fees
• free zone charges
• immigration fees
• Emirates ID or medical costs
• tax-related charges
• translation or attestation fees
• third-party expenses

Government and third-party charges are outside Wise Cat's control and may change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are based on the information available when they are issued.

If additional work, documentation, approvals or authority procedures become necessary, additional charges may apply.

Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or service agreement.

Government, free zone and third-party fees may become non-refundable once paid or once an application has been submitted.

Wise Cat professional fees may also become partially or fully non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund requests will be reviewed according to the specific service, work completed, costs already incurred and the applicable written agreement.

A refund is not automatically due because an application is rejected, the client changes their mind, eligibility changes or an external authority causes a delay.

Wise Cat will not knowingly assist with unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Wise Cat may refuse or discontinue a service where we reasonably believe continuing could involve illegal or prohibited activity.

Where required by law, we may cooperate with the relevant authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, branding, logos, layouts and downloadable materials is owned by or licensed to Wise Cat Business Services.

You may use website content for personal or legitimate internal business reference.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or present our content as your own without prior written permission.

Our website may also contain links to government websites, free zones or other third-party websites.

These links are provided for convenience or reference. Wise Cat is not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Wise Cat takes reasonable steps to protect confidential information supplied in connection with our services.

• agreed payments remain unpaid
• required information or documents are not provided

• continuing the service could breach applicable law
• a relevant authority prevents the process from continuing
• the client behaves abusively or unlawfully toward Wise Cat staff
• circumstances make it impossible to continue the agreed service

Where appropriate, we will inform the client of the reason for suspension or termination.

Any fees already due, work completed or third-party costs incurred will remain subject to the applicable quotation or service agreement.

Wise Cat will perform agreed services with reasonable care within the confirmed scope.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Cat will not be responsible for losses caused solely by:

• reliance on general website information
• government or third-party decisions
• authority processing delays
• incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• changes in laws, regulations or government procedures
• third-party system failures
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

Such circumstances may include government system outages, regulatory changes, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, public emergencies or major disruptions affecting third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Specific liability arrangements for paid services may also be set out in a separate service agreement.

These Terms govern general use of the Wise Cat website.

When you purchase a specific service, additional terms may be provided through:

• quotations
• proposals
• engagement letters
• invoices
• service agreements
• written confirmations

If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and a specific signed service agreement, the specific service agreement will govern the relevant paid service to the extent of that conflict.

Wise Cat aims to maintain an accessible and secure website, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily restrict, update or suspend website access for maintenance, security, technical, legal or operational reasons.

Users must not attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.
